Nechako-Kitamaat Development Fund Society (NKDF) is recruiting volunteers to serve on the Board of Directors.
The Board is currently seeking individuals who reside within the NKDF investment area with experience in one or more of the following:
· Economic Development
· Governance
· Leadership
· Financial Management
Board members are required to attend a minimum of four meetings annually, to be held in various communities across the investment area and/or via video conference. Directors are responsible to direct the policies and operations of the Society, including reviewing applications and deciding which projects to fund.
