The Nechako-Kitamaat Development Fund Society (NKDF) Board of Directors has a maximum of 10 Directors selected from across the investment area as follows:
Board members are required to attend a minimum of four meetings annually, to be held in various communities across the investment area. Directors are responsible to direct the policies and operations of the Society, including reviewing applications and deciding which projects to fund.
Directors receive honorariums for meeting attendance and travel expenses are covered.
There are currently no vacancies on the Board.
