First Responder Training

Description: This project was to address needs for improved public safety, partly in response to the increased traffic and industrial activity associated with the 'beetle wood' harvest. In partnership with the Southside Volunteer Fire Department, this project was successful in equipping and training six Southside residents to achieve Level 3 First Responders with spinal endorsement.
