Description: This project covers phase one of a long-term goal to develop a commercial sector in Kitamaat Village and has been identified as the main development priority of the community. The design phase includes the drafting of a master land use plan and assessments by geotechnical, hydrotechnical, and environmental consultants, and the completion of a detailed design of the Wathl Creek Commercial Area.
